John Randolph was the truest of thespians and a joyous humanist.
I learned so much him. We would talk about theatre and politics endlessly. Although baffled at what people thought, and insinuated, I never let that interfere with my love for Johnny. Johnny had been black listed for his subversive ties to the Abraham LIncoln Brigades, and other socialist organizations. I have hours of fascinating recorded talks with Johnny.
